Approach

Following the appointment of Redical's new leasing and asset team, we collaborated closely with their team to ensure a smooth start. Elevate conducted detailed analysis of customer data for Victoria Leeds, and Liberty, Romford, shopping centres. We interpreted and analysed key trends and opportunities, then overlaid our unique expertise to create carefully calibrated consumer-facing, data-led leasing and asset strategies.

Our approach included:

• Multiple site visits.

• Engaging with marketing teams, on-site management, retained retail agents, and key retailers.

• Holding meetings with the new Leasing Directors.

The curated leasing and asset plans were designed to be collaborative and adaptable, forming a trusted platform for the new team to build upon and continue evolving the centres.
